As my scheme is a long term solution to homelessness in Manchester, the homeless population would gradually fall as the scheme successfully reintroduced the residents back into society. In theory the homeless population would eventually decease and my scheme would no longer be habited by the homeless. This would lead to a re-use of the building by adapting its current typologies for the new inhabitants.

The 2060 adaption of my scheme would be bringing back society to inhabit the building in a co-house/commune scheme.

In my 2060 plan the three phases that previously made up my scheme are adjusted to benefit the current co-house residents, however they still maintain the principal of their intentions.
