STRENGThS:

-The plan has no connection to the site and context, awkward junctions and waste of space around the building.

-Perforated brick facades wont work on the north facing elevations, will just restrict the light.

-The two flat units on either side seem disconnected to the overall building.

-The walkways and cantilever require a lot of supporting structure.

-To relocate the perforated facades away from north facing elevations.

- To follow a grid from the site and surrounding context that will give the plan structure and maximise the potential of the site.

- Site could become overcrowded with a mass amount of housing.

- The plan wont work in relation to the suns circulation.

-The materiality of the building will create a dark and dull atmosphere.
