-Threshold beneath the building that enters in to the site.
-'High street' of shops and cafes which Stretford currently lacks.
-Circulation route connecting Chester road to Lacy street.
STRENGThS:
WEAKNESS:
- No threshold space or privacy for ground floor flats.
-The flats don't have the same amount of natural light and some flats don't have any natural light.
-The design is not positioned to utilise the suns circulation, during sun rise and sun set the courtyard space will be shadowed.
- Only 10 flats available to inhabit, not enough to impact the homeless problem in Manchester.
opportunities:
- Reposition some of the modules to allow natural light into all of the flats.
- Address the problem of shadowing between each of the buildings.

THREATS:
- The design could become even more modulate and restricted.
- Could loose the courtyard space and 'highstreet'
