My preliminary design was developed mainly from my 2nd iteration. I chose this design to develop further as I felt it addressed the weaknesses of the the remaining iterations and was most successful in accommodating the hybrid of housing and social spaces.

Separate modules of my design would be dedicated to the self build aspect of my scheme. Following the same staggering effect as the plan, the facade will have an interesting mismatch of materials and aesthetic.
