In Stretford and surrounding the site of my scheme are various employments that the homeless can involve theirselves in to build their cv and skills. This network contributes towards the homeless being reintroduced back into society.

Community spirit is a significant quality of Stretford and through the use of the pp up event we were able to identify the main spaces in Stretford where this thrived. These spaces create a network of communities that the homeless can become involved in and create friends and families which they may have previously lacked.

Chester road and Edge lane are the main transport networks into the city of Manchester.This network will bring the increasing homeless population from the centre of Manchester into Stretford where they will be re-housed, re-introduced and re-habilitated.
