Similar to the R50 Co housing precedent, I placed the housing spaces as a central point within the site. Contained to one block this iteration forms a more uniformed approach and leaves the space very much open to the public and surrounding environment

1ST FLOOR PLAN
As I understood high rise buildings were not appreciated in Stretford, I used the staggering effect to minimise the intimidation of a three storey building and also allow more light into the back rooms. The structure also spanned further with an underground carpark.
